We are accredited by the Horse Facilities Council of the Ontario Equestrian Federation. We are inspected on a regular basis to ensure safe riding for both the rider and the horse. We strive to provide excellent service and a fun and safe riding experience.
JL was built in 2003 featuring a large bright indoor arena and large outdoor sand ring. Group lessons are available year round beginner to advanced. Students learn safety, to be responsible for grooming and saddling their pony/horse and after their lesson putting their horse away properly and cleaning their tack. The students are here for 2 hours with a 1 hour riding lesson. Groups are 4-6 students depending on their ability level. Students usually ride weekly - some ride twice a week. We usually operate from a waiting list – call soon!
Camps — March Break and Summer Camps
JL offers March Break and Summer camps. These camps are all day camps. Camp includes a full day of equestrian activities and a daily craft. The riding lessons are geared to the level of the student – Beginner to Intermediate. Please check our website for further information. Camps are fun and educational for all levels, ages 7-13. Beginners will learn confidence, basic equitation and proper handling of their horses in a highly controlled and safe environment. Camps fill quickly. Book early.
Schooling Shows
Many of our students show at JL schooling shows. Please see our website for more details. The classes are for all levels and other barns are welcome.
Gift Certificates – They are available for a series of lessons or camps.
