Inc. ("JLEC"). If you wish to access and use this Website (the "Site"), you
must accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms (the "Terms").

using the Site. All Terms will apply irrespective of the specific use made by

action or proceeding instituted under or related to this Agreement or your use
